  This is the softest, most comfortable and warmest sweater I have ever worn and I like them so much I have actually purchased at least five of these sweaters in a variety of colours. As for washing - using a wool wash product as well as the delicate cycle on my washing machine, they are a dream to wash in cold water and once dry are just as soft as the day I received them in the mail.   The sweaters are not made very well. the sleeves are too short and the shoulder seams are not well placed. Also the neckline is a bit high and is itchy.

  The material is OK, but the way it is made isn't. the neck is so tight, very difficult to pull it over head. I have many such style sweaters, none is as bad as this.
