Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within Australia is $9.90 no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.

Please allow four weeks for despatch from order date of hampers and products that can be personalised (whether they are personalised or not) due to the complex systems involved. All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for any commercial use. In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site.
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price - excluding delivery and insurance fee. All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. ParcelPoint is a parcel drop off service available across Australia. The service cost per parcel starting from $6.90.
You can return parcels up to 10kg in weight and 120cm cubic dimensions in size.
Once you’ve dropped off your parcel and it’s been scanned at the ParcelPoint store, you’ll be sent a receipt via email.
