
Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within Australia is a flat rate no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.

We dispatch weekdays and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Sydney. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of your product(s).

All products are supplied for domestic use only and not for any commercial use. In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site.
Returns
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund for the full purchase price - excluding delivery and insurance fee. All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a full one year from date of purchase except personalised items which have a 30 day Supplier's Warranty. All of our quality products come with a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

Option of credit note instead of refund
Innovations customers who are entitled to a refund in accordance with the Innovations purchase terms or Australian Consumer Law have the option of choosing to accept a credit note of a value that is 10% higher than the refundable amount (e.g. 110% of the refundable amount (including GST)), instead of receiving a cash refund for the refundable amount. The decision whether or not to accept a credit note instead of a refund is entirely the customer’s, but if a credit note is selected, the following terms shall apply to the credit note:
